About me

Creative and Concise

My writing is like me: imbued with creativity while remaining concise and carrying the message to the audience. What that message is I will leave up to you; I am simply the pen and paper to your products and passionate ideas.

I have been writing since the second grade, when I penned my very first short story, which won first place in my school district's creative writing contest. I knew from then on that my passion could be my profession, though I've moved on from winning pizza coupons and gold ribbons.
I explored writing in journalism, fiction, nonfiction, and poetry while completing my Associates degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, writing and editing for both the school magazine and newspaper, as well as becoming Vice President of the Mt. SAC Writers Club. I continued on to pursue my double Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Creative Writing at California State University of Long Beach.
I published creative nonfiction, poetry, prose, flash fiction, memoir, and more.
I love the process of being able to reach people of all backgrounds all over the world by stringing together words and lines to tug out the familiar and complex emotions we all share. I believe that writing, at its root, is the simplest and strongest form of communication and connection.
